Wasabi Bistro: Delight in Chinese-Japanese Fusion Cuisine

I went in with my friend for lunch today and we had 9 kids between the two of us. That may have overwhelmed the average waiter, but not Gavin. He was an absolute rockstar, the most outstanding waiter I have had in years. He was prompt, super friendly and accommodating. We were playing a game while we waited for the food and he jumped right in to join us. The kids even made up a silly name for him and he responded to it the entire length of our lunch stay. Food was fabulous and hot. Order for all 11 of us was spot on. He even made a suggestion that would help us save money on the food we wanted to order by getting a lunch combo special. We had a fantastic experience and will most definitely be back soon. Thanks Gavin! Keep up the fantastic customer service!

We had such a wonderful lunch at Wasabi Bistro! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, but what really made the experience stand out was our server, Gavin. He was so friendly, attentive, and personable—he truly went above and beyond to make our lunch date special. His warm energy added so much to our meal. Highly recommend Wasabi Bistro, and if you get the chance, ask for Gavin!

Great food and awesome service. Gavin was our waiter. He was super friendly and accommodating. He had great customer service and awesome to talk to! Never had to wait for a refill and food came out hot and fresh.

Excellent sushi and fried rice! Its hard to find a place that has both, but Wasabi delivers everytime! Bonus... they have a Happy Hour!

The sushi, the sake, the service! What's not to love?! I really enjoyed the sake flight and sushi regular. It was awesome that the sushi regular came with soup and salad. The sushi rolls were unique and amazing flavors. Gavin is the best friend you didn't know you were missing. You'll know him when you met him. Tell him that Thomas sent you!

Took my wife's Grandma out for her birthday and the food was great. The best part of the night was the service though. We had Gavin as our server. He was extremely personable and made our night out enjoyable. He helped my wife's grandma find exactly what she wanted on the menu and had her smiling from the first interaction. Even though there were plenty of people dining in that night, he checked on our table regularly giving us updates on the status of our food and never left us feeling neglected. Gavin was one of the best waiters we have had in a long time and very much deserved the larger tip we gave him. Wasabi is very fortunate to have him on their staff.

Gaven was great, he explained the menu well and was very knowledgeable. He was friendly and made our first time easy and efficient. The food was amazing and we will definitely be back!!!!!

My friend and I were able to slip in here with 9 kids between us and be seated immediately. The food was yummy, not too long to come out, the kids servings were generous, and the service was impeccable. Gavin took the absolute best care of us! He’s the kind of waiter you pray you get. He was friendly, funny and helpful. Wasabi, hang on to that one!
